We run a collegial structure and do not have a chief investment officer. Each manager conducts research using his individual approach and has an investment decision-making discretion within portfolio guidelines and strategy.

We exclude all unhealthy internal competition and artificial hierarchy. We promote dynamic exchange and open interaction. A free mind is home to best ideas.

Our ownership structure as a private partnership aligns our interests more closely with our clients. We are not brokers and we do not manage private accounts. We are the company created by the fund managers for fund managers. Going forward, this will help us attract, grow and retain talents and expand our investment platform. With years we aim to build a business with positive legacy.
